Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail (Monday - Friday) or by DPD Courier.
If you are likely to be out when the delivery is made, please put instructions on the checkout page as to where it can be safely left.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days unless you are notified otherwise. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
Overseas customers, please ensure you select the correct shipping rate. Orders will not be dispatched unless the correct amount has been paid. Any orders that have insufficient postage and are subsequently refunded will be charged a £1.00 administration fee.
(Overseas orders are posted by Royal Mail International Delivery via Airmail. Please note this is not a trackable service.)

UK Courier delivery
For orders received by 11 am we can offer an DPD Next Day Service (excluding weekends) for all UK mainland orders. Orders received after 11 am will leave the following day (excluding weekends).
If you will not be in to sign for your parcel, please remember to fill in the special instructions box at the checkout so the courier is informed of a safe place to leave it. A card will be put through your door to let you know it has been delivered.

Out of Stock Items
There may be times when your chosen items are out stock. If this happens, we will contact you within two days of receiving your order and advise you of the expected delivery date or offer you an alternative.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
We aim to provide quality products and a first class service. However, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange anything you have bought from us we will refund or exchange your order, provided goods are returned to us in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your order.
What do you need to do to return an item for refund or exchange?
Please send items back to us in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, together with your name, your order number and instructions as to whether you wish to exchange your item or receive a refund.
To make this process easier, please complete our returns / exchanges form sent with the original parcel. Please return both the items and a completed returns/exchanges form to:

We recommend that you post any items back to us using Registered Royal Mail or a similar service (so if your parcel goes missing in the post, you have evidence of returning it to us).
You are responsible for paying the returns postage. However, if you wish to exchange the item, we will pay for the postage for the new items.
We will refund the original postage on goods returned if received back within the 14 day period.
Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5 working days of us receiving them back.
Note - If goods are not returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition (i.e. the items have not been worn and in the original packaging), we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our Exchanges and Returns Policy.
Returning Overseas Orders (excluding from the EU)
If you are returning an order for a refund or exchange, it is important that you write 'RETURNED GOODS' on the customs declaration form.
Christmas Returns: At Christmas we extend our usual 14 days returns period for Christmas gifts purchased up to 22nd December; you can return goods for an exchange or refund up to 31st January. Please mark Christmas Gift on the returns form.
Faulty or Goods Damaged in Transit
If you find the goods to be faulty or to have been damaged in transit, please report it to us within 14 working days of receipt. Please return the goods with the original packaging and all the documentation and paperwork. Once we receive the goods we will either send you a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Payment and Personal Data Security
All payments are taken by Adaptawear and we do not store any credit or debit card details. Personal details are encrypted during transmission and stored and used strictly in accordance with the Company's Data Protection Policy and will not be passed to any third party without your explicit permission. Alternatively payment may be made in person at the Company's premises or by cheque or bank transfer (BACS) by arrangement at time of contract.
