Delivery, Returns & Payment
Delivery
Orders are dispatched on Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
You can check on the delivery charge when you view your shopping basket and in the checkout area (postage prices are worked out on the vat inclusive totals).
UK delivery costs - £4.95 (£4.12 ex VAT)
Overseas deliveries
- Europe: £12.50
- Rest of the World: £19.50
Please ensure you select the country to ensure that the correct shipping rate is charged.
International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Please note there may be local import duties and/or tax to be paid to the delivery operator prior to receipt of your goods, depending of the country, that Adaptawear is not liable for.
Out of Stock Items
On the rare occasion that your chosen items are out stock we will contact you and advise you of the expected delivery date or offer you an alternative or refund.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
We aim to provide quality products and a first class service. However, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange anything you have bought from us we will refund or exchange your order, provided goods are returned to us in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of receipt of your order.
What do you need to do to return an item for refund or exchange?
Please send items back to us in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, together with your name, your order number and instructions as to whether you wish to exchange your item or receive a refund.
To make this process easier, please complete our returns form sent with the parcel. Please return both the items and a completed returns form to:

We recommend that you post any items back to us using a Royal Mail Tracked service or a similar service (so if your parcel goes missing in the post, you have evidence of returning it to us).
You are responsible for paying the returns postage. However, if you wish to exchange the item, we will pay for the postage for the new items.
Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5 working days of us receiving them back.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our Exchanges and Returns Policy.
Returning Overseas Orders
If you are returning an order for a refund or exchange, it is important that you write 'RETURNED GOODS' on the customs declaration form.
Faulty or Goods Damaged in Transit
If you find the goods to be faulty or to have been damaged in transit, please report it to us within 14 working days of receipt. Please return the goods with the original packaging and all the documentation and paperwork. Once we receive the goods we will either send you a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Payment and Personal Data Security
All payments are taken by Adaptawear and we do not store any credit or debit card details. Personal details are encrypted during transmission and stored and used strictly in accordance with the Company's Data Protection Policy and will not be passed to any third party without your explicit permission.
We accept major Credit/Debit cards and Paypal.
