Governing Law

These conditions of use are governed by the Law of England and English Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes between you and us.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

We aim to provide quality products and a first class service. However for whatever reason, should you wish to return or exchange anything you have bought from us we will happily offer you a refund or exchange provided the item is returned to us in a resaleable condition and you notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

What do you need to do to return an item for refund or exchange?

You first need to notify us within 14 days of your order that you would like to refund or exchange an item. You will also need to provide us with some vital information and post the items back to us in a resalable condition* within 14 days of notifying us of your request to refund.

To make this process easier, please complete our returns/exchanges form which was sent with the original parcel. Using this form you will be able to tell us your original order number, what items you wish to return and/or details of any exchange you require.

We recommend that you post any items back to us using either Registered Royal Mail (so if it goes missing in the post at least you have evidence of returning it to us). Please return both the items and a completed returns/exchanges form to:

You are responsible for paying the returns postage. However, if you wish to exchange the item, we will pay for the postage for the new items.

We will refund the original postage on goods returned if received back within the 14 day period.

Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5 working days of us receiving them back.

Note – If goods are not returned to us in a fully resalable condition (i.e. the items have not been worn and in the original packaging), we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our Exchanges and Returns Policy.

Out of Stock Orders

We will endeavour to keep the website up to-date but stock levels of the Sale & Clearance Offers may change quickly. If an item in your order is out of stock we will call to advise you. Sale prices only apply to items currently in our warehouse.

New stock will be at full price.

Faulty or Goods Damaged in Transit

If you find the goods to be faulty or to have been damaged in transit, please report it to us within 7 working days of receipt. Please return the goods with the original packaging and all the documentation and paperwork. Once we receive the goods we will either send you a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Payment and Personal Data Security.

All payments are taken by Adaptawear which does not store any credit or debit card details. Personal details are encrypted during transmission and stored and used strictly in accordance with the Company’s Data Protection Policy and will not be passed to any third party without your explicit permission. Alternatively payment may be made in person at the Company’s premises or by cheque or bank transfer by arrangement at time of contract.

We accept major Credit/Debit cards and PayPal.


All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling including VAT. Where a product qualifies for VAT exemption under the VAT Act 1994, the price is also show without VAT (VAT Number 974 815185).  Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination (VALUE) of the parcel and the shipping service.

Adaptawear reserves the right to refuse bulk orders if we believe that the goods are being sold on for retail purposes without permission.

Sales and Promotions

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions at are only valid for the period whilst the sale/promotion is in progress and cannot be backdated or added any time outside the offer.

Complaints Procedure

We endeavor to provide goods and services which conform with your consumer rights, but if there should be a problem with the goods provided, please contact us immediately you become aware of it either at or by telephone on 0800 051 1931.

A copy of our complaints handling policy is available on request. If you are unhappy with the outcome of a complaint and have exhausted our complaints process, you can approach an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider such as The Retail Ombudsman (
